Ginking Botanica Italia is an alluring pale golden straw in colour with delicate bubbles that dance across the tongue. Upon putting Ginking to your nose aromas of woody herbs, bitter orange from the botanicals lead the way, underscored by fresh citrus and juniper wafts from the wine and gin respectively. From the moment Ginking hits your palate the flavours and dry palate finish scream refreshment and enjoyment. At only 8.5% ABV which is a third lower than the average sparkling wine, Ginking is built for refreshment.

The Ginking team’s hard work of perfecting the blend of wine, gin & natural botanicals means it is ready to serve as is in your favourite glass of choice.
